SAFESORRY is a research project funded by the European Research Council that seeks to understand parenting in a changing social world.
With a diverse team of researchers, we aim to better comprehend how the societal, cultural, economic and historical context shapes the way parents educate their children. Le Matin Dimanche is a Swiss newspaper, who presented some of the results of our research project on the causes and consequences of overprotective parenting. This project was funded by the Swiss National Science Foundation (SNSF) and was executed in 2018-2020 at University of Lausanne by Gaëlle Venard, Svetlana Titova, and Noémie Mendez, under the supervision of Stijn Van Petegem (only in French).
