Gaëlle Venard, who completed her PhD under the joint supervision of Stijn Van Petegem and Grégoire Zimmermann, was recently invited to the RTS (Swiss Radio and Television) programme Tribu to present her work on (co)parenting during adolescence.

“Adolescence is a key period, both for children and for parents. It is a time marked by young people’s search for autonomy and independence. How do parents experience and support their child’s adolescence? Does this period of change reshape their parenting?”

This exchange helps make important questions accessible to a wider audience, such as how to support adolescents, how to find a balance between autonomy and protection, and how coparental dynamics work within families.
