On November 20, Elliana Lamprianidou will present some of the cross-cultural results of the SAFE-SORRY project at the Dutch Association for Researchers in Social Psychology (ASPO) conference in Maastricht. Her presentation is part of the session “Gender Inequality” (11h00). Elliana will be presenting “When Gender Role Beliefs Shape Parenting: A Cross-Cultural View on Gender Inequality and Parental Overprotection and Responsiveness,” showcasing the results of analyses of nearly 6,000 parents from the SAFE-SORRY project’s 11 collaborating countries. The presentation will focus on the impact of parents’ traditional gender role beliefs on their parenting and the role of broader cultural gender inequalities in parenting. You can download her presentation here.

We hope to see you in Maastricht!
